Synopsis

In 2014, Jean-Christophe Maillot, director of the Monte-Carlo ballet, created a new ballet based on Shakespeare's comedy with a music of Shostakovich. This ballet entered the repertoire of the Ballets de Monte-Carlo in 2017. This is the first time that this ballet has been filmed for television. Louise Narboni's direction immerses us closer to the dancers.
